REMINDER

The Gracewin Living Cooperative parking lot, building, and property are off limits to Shareholders, Reserve Club Members, and the general public as it is an active construction site. There are many regulations in place regarding construction site practices and safety, which is why unexpected and/or unauthorized visits create high levels of disruption and concern.  The ONLY exception to this is when you have an appointment for a specified reason, AND you are escorted by a member of the Gracewin Development staff.

We appreciate everyone’s attention and strict compliance with this policy.
