Reserve Your Spot at Gracewin!

Upon receipt of your reservation, you will be placed on the priority list for selection of a residence and membership in Gracewin Living Cooperatives for the location you choose. This amount will be applied to your future down payment.  In the event you are not ready to purchase shares when they are made available, you will have an option to keep the priority reservation in place while allowing others to select ahead of you until you are ready. In the event all available shares are sold out, you would then have the opportunity to join the waiting list.

This fee is not an agreement of membership and further qualifications will be required before shareholder membership is fully approved.
